The effect is to essentially cut your house payments down by a full 25%.  Let's face it, every dollar counts nowadays so we're sure you'll sleep better at night keeping literally 100's of dollars more per month in your bank account, rather than sending the extra cash to your lender.

 

NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO CLOSING COSTS REQUIRED:

That's right.  We can put a buyer into one of our homes with absolutely no money out of their pocket for down payment or closing costs.  Loan programs change almost daily so please hurry before these programs disappear..

Property Taxes       $312.50/mo (estimated 1.25% annual property tax bill)

Property Ins           $50/mo (estimated homeowner's insurance payment)

Total Pmts              $1,509.50/mo (payment before tax savings realized)

Tax Savings            $291.90/mo (estimated 20% tax savings, of course you should verify with your tax advisor)

After Tax Cost       $1,217.60/mo (estimated "after tax savings" cost/mo comparable to paying rent)

 

Can you afford $1,217.60 for rent?
